The company has been Incorporated as of Jan 29 2007.
I am a Shareholder and I AM CANADIAN! Thus, the name - Canucktions!
(and elected myself as Sole Director).
And as Sole Director I appointed myself to the offices of
Secretary/Treasurer as well as President.

My other Company - Canucktions Reporting Inc.
handles Crystal Reports-focussed projects
of which the current contract gets most of my time.
